We have no age limits on our tours, instead it is up to you as a parent to decide whether you think your children can handle the tour or not. If you are unsure you are welcomed to contact us, we will be happy to tell you more about which physical challenges the tour entails.
All our tours are carried out with small groups we therefore advise you to book as early as possible. For late bookings please contact us directly.
Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 28 days before the trip. If you change your mind or need to re-plan, we will refund you 100% of the price if you cancel before day 28. If canceled later than 28 days but before 14 days before the trip, 50% of the total amount will be refunded and if canceled later than 14 days before the trip, 25% of the total amount will be refunded. No refund is possible if you cancel the tour later than 7 days before departure.
Green Owl Travel can not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances that we do not prevail over such as war, fire, work conflicts, lightning strikes, technical problems, changes in any government regulations, errors in electricity / telecommunications / data connections or terrorist attacks. We can also not stand responsible for errors or delays caused by another supplier due to above reasons.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Green Owl Travel assumes no responsibility for any extra costs incurred in the event of personal injury, loss or damage to property. In the event of any illness or accident requiring evacuation or repatriation of the traveler, the payment responsibility rests entirely with the traveler himself.
Some activities may involve risk taking, although we obviously have developed activities and travel routes with safety in focus. Green Owl Travel can not, however, be held liable for any damage that occurs when participating in various activities.
Normally, payment is made when you book the tour. You will receive a receipt instantly. If you book the tour directly with us shortly before departure or if you book a tailor-made tour we will give you a more detailed information about our payment routines by email.
We are committed to always keep a high quality on our products. In order to do so we always select our partners with great care. Would you experience any shortcomings, we kindly ask you to tell us so that we can make improvements.
SWEDISH TRAVEL GUARANTEE
In accordance with the Swedish Package Travel Act, we have provided security with the responsible Swedish authority. Please read more on Kammarkollegiet's website here.
If you have any allergies or special needs regarding diet, these need to be notified immediately upon booking so that we can prepare your food on the trip in the best way. Please note that we cannot take into account any particular diet.

Green Owl Travel advises all customers to make sure to have a private travel insurance before traveling. Please check with your insurance company which insurance is best for you.
